基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的结构提升吊点优化

大跨度钢结构屋盖整体提升存在吊点数量多及吊点最优位置无法确定的问题.为解决多优化目标下的整体提升吊点数量和位置优化问题,文中基于传统遗传算法,引入了NSGA-Ⅱ算法,并改进了优化算法计算流程和优化目标函数,提出了结构整体提升吊点优化布置算法.以杭州西站站房钢结构屋盖整体提升作为实例,利用所提出算法迭代计算出最优的吊点数量和位置.结果表明优化布置算法具备高效收敛性,通过少量迭代次数可以得到结构整体应变能最小和吊点反力方差最小的最优解.
RESEARCH ON THE OPTIMIZATION OF LIFTING POINTS FOR INTEGRAL LIFTING OF STRUCTURES BASED ON NSGA-Ⅱ ALGORITHM
There are some problems in integral lifting of large-span steel structural roof,such as large quantity of lifting points and uncertain optimal position.To address the optimization problem of the number and positions of lift-ing points for overall structural enhancement under multiple optimization objectives,this paper introduces the NS-GA-Ⅱ algorithm based on the traditional genetic algorithm.The optimization algorithm's calculation process and ob-jective functions have been improved,resulting in the proposed algorithm for optimizing the layout of lifting points for overall structural enhancement.Hangzhouxi Railway Station is taken as the case,and the proposed algorithm is used to obtain the optimal quantity of lifting points and optimal position.The results show that the proposed optimiza-tion layout algorithm exhibits efficient convergence,which achieves the optimal solution with minimal overall struc-tural strain energy and minimal variance in lifting point reaction forces through a small number of iterations.
