RESEARCH ON THE PLANNING OF ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION AND URBAN REHABILITATION IN RESOURCE-BASED CITIES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GOVERNANCE
The planning characteristics of ecological restoration and urban rehabilitation are combined with the practical links of urban governance to assist the modernization of regional governance system and governance capaci-ty. From the perspective of urban governance,the problems and needs of urban development are analyzed. Based on the carrying capacity of resources and the environment,the development path for Shuangyashan is explored to serve the general framework of territorial space planning,the trend of planning transformation,the objective demand of green transformation of urban development mode,and the urgent pursuit of high-quality ecological development.
