PRACTICAL EXPLORATION OF PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION SPACE IN THE NEW ERA
The scientific and technological innovations and new quality productivity have become important driving forces for economic development and social progress. As the main carrier of science and technology innovation,the planning and construction of the space of science and innovation has also received increasing attention.
