THE REVITALIZATION AND UTILIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE IN THE OLD INDUSTRIAL BASE OF NORTHEAST CHINA
The old industrial base in Northeast China is once the cradle of China's industry. The 156 projects during the"First Five-Year Plan"period are the memories of the industrial takeoff and glory of the old industrial base in northeast China. With the transformation of the economic market and social system in northeast cities,industrial en-terprises have begun to transform and spread to the suburbs. Since a large number of industrial relics in the urban ar-ea have been destroyed,measures are urgently needed for effective protection and rational utilization. Therefore,this article selects Jiamusi paper mill,one of the 156 key projects,as an example. As the largest pulp and paper produc-tion base in Asia and the largest enterprise in Jiamusi city at that time,Jiamusi paper mill has a large number of dis-tinctive industrial building communities,which are idle and remain in the factory area and are idle. In the context of urban renewal,starting with the establishment of an adaptive value evaluation system,we explore high-quality devel-opment paths suitable for the revitalization and utilization of industrial heritage in the old industrial base of northeast China,such as"evaluation"to clarify the value,"calculation"to empower the value,"design"to reconstruct the val-ue,and"operation"to activate the value. We explore precise evaluation to clarify the renewal strategy,human-ma-chine cooperation to promote intelligent construction of new ecology,and regional design to adapt to cold climate for leveraging high investment returns. This paper may provide the references for promoting the revitalization and utiliza-tion of industrial and cultural heritage in special regions.
