随着装配式建筑在建筑行业中的广泛应用,为充分发挥装配式建筑施工进度的优势,文中围绕太行园林2#楼项目,分析装配式建筑施工进度不足之处,基于多种智能算法建立装配式建筑施工进度管理平台,实时监控项目进度并分析进度影响因素匹配合理智能算法,结合项目施工方案得出进度优化方案,节省项目工期.施工进度管理平台的应用可以优化施工进度节省工期,提高施工效率,推动装配式建筑向智能化方向迈进.
RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS
Prefabricated buildings are widely applied in the construction industry with advantages of prefabricated building construction progress. Taking the Taihang garden building 2 project as the case,the shortcomings of prefab-ricated building construction progress are analyzed. A prefabricated building construction progress management plat-form based on various intelligent algorithms is established for monitoring project progress in real time,analyzing fac-tors affecting progress,and matching reasonable intelligent algorithms. The optimization plans is obtained for saving project period. The application of construction progress management platform can optimize construction progress,save time,improve construction efficiency,and promote the intelligent direction of prefabricated buildings.
