摘要
以空间感知为引导实施历史文化街区更新行动,可为城市面向以人为本高质量发展新进程提供新思路.文中通过构建历史文化街区空间感知的研究路径,以青岛湾历史文化街区为例,结合Phoenics模拟软件、GIS可视化分析等从感官、知觉、认知三个空间感知属性对它进行现状问题剖析,并基于此提出建筑组合、肌理文脉、文旅IP的更新策略.
Abstract
The implementation of historical and cultural district renewal action guided by spatial perception pro-vides new ideas for the city to face the new process of people-oriented high-quality development.The spatial percep-tion of historical and cultural blocks of Qingdao Bay is constructed by Phoenics simulation software,and GIS visual-ization analysis is carried out from three spatial perception attributes of sense,perception,and cognition.We put for-ward the renewal strategies of architectural combination,texture context and cultural tourism IP based on this.
