RESEARCH ON DEBUGGING OF LARGE COLD WATER PIPELINE NETWORK BASED ON NUMERICAL SIMULATION
The pipeline network system of the district cooling chilled water is complex and has a large radius of ac-tion,and the phenomenon of hydraulic disorder often occurs in the system cycle,which needs to be solved through the commissioning of the system operation after the installation is completed.e propose a safe and efficient method of water pipe valve adjustment speed and equal proportional optimization of commissioning through numerical simu-lation analysis,the feasibility of which is verified via actual engineering.The results show that the method signifi-cantly reduces the number of adjustment rounds in the field,improving the commissioning accuracy and reducing the pressure fluctuation of the pipe network,which has good guidance significance for the operation and commission-ing of large pipe network water system.
