STUDY ON SATISFACTION EVALUATION OF OLD RESIDENTIAL AREA RECONSTRUCTION UNDER COMPLETE COMMUNITY
As a major project of People's livelihood and development in our country,the old residential area transfor-mation has become an important means to improve the quality of life of residents and to promote urban renewal.This paper aims to explore the residents'satisfaction degree after the old community reconstruction under the con-text of complete community construction.The technical route and the EPC plus O model for the renovation of old residential areas in Dalian are elaborated through a literature survey.Taking the emerging communities in Shahek-ou district Dalian as the case,the content and means of their rehabilitation are analyzed through field research.At last,we use questionnaire method to get the residents'satisfaction to the reconstruction result,providing the refer-ence for our country to carry out the Urban Basic Life Unit's renewal and reconstruction work with high efficiency and high quality.
