RESEARCH ON THE ATTACHMENT OF DEVELOPMENT CONTROL AREA IN HISTORIC CONSERVATION DISTRICTS
This paper evaluates the level of residents'place attachment in historical and cultural blocks.We investi-gate three residential communities within the construction control zone of Daowai historical and cultural blocks in Harbin by establishing the local attachment measurement scale of the blocks.The importance and performance re-sults of relevant factors are analyzed by IPA method,and the related factors affecting the level of place attachment are analyzed.The study found that for residents in the control zone of the construction of Daowai historical and cul-tural blocks,the degree of residence intention and residents'cognition has a great impact on residents'local attach-ment relationship.In the future,residents'local attachment level can be effectively improved by regulating residents'living environment and enhancing residents'residential identity.
