摘要

为提升以歌剧院为代表的大型项目的设计和管理水平,文中以西安某大型歌剧院项目工程施工为例,根据BIM技术可视化、模拟性、信息集成和协同管理的特点,采用BIM技术通过设计阶段、施工准备、实施过程及竣工验收各环节的BIM模型仿真,实现了大型歌剧院施工现场布局、进度管理、机电管线系统设计、剧场空间声学、钢结构施工方案及竣工验收流程的综合优化,创建了基于BIM的数字化平台促进多方的协同管理,通过此技术可提升工程项目管理精确性和施工效率.

Abstract

The construction of a large opera house project in Xi'an is taken to improve the design and management level of large-scale projects represented by the opera house.Featuring visualization,simulation,information integra-tion,and collaborative management,BIM technology is used to simulate the BIM model of the design stage,construc-tion preparation,implementation process,and final acceptance,achieving the comprehensive optimization of the lay-out,schedule management,electromechanical pipeline system design,theater space acoustics,steel structure con-struction plan,and final acceptance process of the construction site of the large opera house.A digital platform based on BIM is created to promote multi-party collaborative management,by which,the accuracy and efficiency of project management are improved.
