EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON FROST RESISTANCE OF RECYCLED SAND CONCRETE WITH DIFFERENT QUALITY
The influence of different recycled sand on the freezing resistance of concrete is investigated,in which the freezing resistance of C30 concrete is tested under three different qualities of recycled sand with a replacement rate of 10%to 100%.The results show that recycled sand has a significant influence on the freezing resistance of concrete, and the influence became increasingly significant as the replacement rate of recycled sand growth. When the replacement rate of recycled concrete sand is 30%,the freezing resistance of concrete reaches F200 level. With exceeding aforementioned replacement rate, the freezing resistance decreased significantly with the further increase of replacement rate. When the proportion of red brick recycled sand is 10%,its freezing resistance reaches F200 lev-el,in which the freezing resistance is sharply decreased with the further increased replacement rate than 10%.When the replacement rate of recycled concrete sand is 50%,the performance is between the above two conditions.There-fore,from the perspective of the requirements of freezing resistance, recycled sand is not suitable for the concrete with high requirement of freezing resistance. The results may provide the references for the production and prepara-tion of recycled sand concrete.
