高寒地区大体积承台水化热影响因素分析

为避免高寒地区大体积承台施工时产生温差裂缝,文中通过有限元模拟方法,结合青海省某特大桥主墩承台的冬季施工情况,分析了外界温度、冷却水初始温度、冷水管直径、粉煤灰掺量影响因素下承台水化温升变化规律.结果表明外界温度、冷却水初始温度、冷水管直径、粉煤灰掺量等因素均对承台水化温升具有显著影响,同时高寒地区冬季施工时应采用内降外保的施工措施,保证承台的施工质量,为高寒地区承台施工提供一定的借鉴意义.
ANALYSIS ON INFLUENCING FACTORS OF HYDRATION HEAT OF LARGE CAP IN FRIGID REGIONS
Temperature-induced cracks often occurs during the construction of large cap in frigid regions.Aiming at the construction of the main pier cap of a bridge in Qinghai province in winter,this paper studies the influence of external temperature,initial temperature of cooling water,diameter of cold-water pipe,and fly ash content on the hy-dration heat of cap by means of finite element simulation,which has significant effectiveness on the hydration heat of cap.We think the construction measures should be adopted to ensure the construction quality of cap.
