三环路(哈西大街-学府路)段排水系统完善工程(雨污分流改造)中的顶管支护工程深基坑支护较为复杂,在满足基坑支护的前提下要考虑钢板桩不能打到顶管底部,因目前有关顶管工程的基坑支护数值模拟研究多忽视顶管处无支护的情况且缺乏三维数值模拟方面的参考.因此,采用有限元软件MIDAS GTS NX对顶管工程的深基坑支护中考虑到这种无支护情况并对施工的各个阶段进行模拟研究,通过各施工阶段基坑位移变形分析后,得出模拟数值与实际监测数值关联性良好,为同类工程提供借鉴价值.
ANALYSIS STUDY OF THE PIT SUPPORT OF A PIPE JACKING PROJECT BASED ON MIDAS GTS NX
The deep pit support in the pipe jacking support project of the third ring road(Haxi Street-Xuefu Road)section of the drainage system improvement project(rain and sewage diversion transformation)is complex.Current numerical simulation research on foundation pit support for top pipe engineering often ignores the situation where there is no support at the top pipe and lacks reference in three-dimensional numerical simulation.On the premise of meeting the requirements for foundation pit support,it is necessary to consider that steel sheet piles cannot be driven to the bottom of the top pipe.Finite element software MIDAS GTS NX is used to simulate and study the unsupported situation in the deep foundation pit support of the pipe jacking project at various stages of construction.After analyz-ing the displacement and deformation of the foundation pit in each construction stage,it is found that the simulated results are well correlated with the actual monitoring values,providing the reference for similar projects.
