DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF ANTI-EXPLOSIVE REINFORCEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL CONCRETE FRAME STRUCTURES
Anti-explosion reinforcement of existing multi-span reinforced concrete frame structure buildings is needed in petrochemical plant area.We propose a reinforcement scheme of a steel structure and an explosion-resis-tant plate shelter outside the original structure with the actual project, which is simulated by ABAQUS.Based on the simulation results,a new approach for reinforcing the multi-span reinforced concrete frame structures is proposed, utilizing the existing building's steel-concrete frame columns to bear vertical loads. The results demonstrate that the proposed scheme improves the overall safety of the structure, reduces steel usage, and decreases energy consump-tion,which has economic feasibility and practical significance.
