在建筑火灾特别是公共建筑火灾频发的背景下,为了解决大空间混合结构复杂建筑火灾后检测鉴定工作繁杂、难度高的问题,根据某建筑火灾后的检测鉴定工程为例,从检测鉴定思路与原则、检测鉴定过程分析、鉴定评级与采取的措施等多个方面论述,提出了"初步调查—火灾后初步鉴定—火灾影响区域内的构件调查检测—火灾影响区域外的构件调查检测—火灾后详细鉴定—结构整体安全性鉴定"的思路,混凝土及钢结构火灾后材料性能检测应采用的方法以及应特别注意的检测内容.研究成果可为后续火灾事故后的鉴定工作提供检测思路、检测方法及监测内容提供参考.
POST-FIRE DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF A LARGE-SPACE MIXED-STRUCTURE BUILDING
Fire accidents frequently happen in public buildings.Buildings with complex mixed structures and large spaces are subjected to complicated and difficult work of detection and identification of detection and identification of post-fire.According to a case study,we discuss the principle of detection and identification,as well as the identifi-cation rating and the corresponding measures to be taken.We propose a working directory of preliminary investiga-tion,preliminary identification after fire,component investigation and detection in the fire-affected area,component investigation and detection outside the fire-affected area,detailed identification after fire,and overall safety apprais-al of the structure.The methods and special attentions should be paid to the testing of material properties after con-crete and steel structure fires.The research may provide the reference for ideas checking,detection methods,and monitoring content for subsequent identification work after fire accidents.
