STRESS ANALYSIS OF ULTRA-LONG PRESTRESSED CONCRETE STRUCTURES IN SUBWAY VEHICLE DEPOTS
This paper analyzes the influence of temperature load on the deformation and stress of ultra-long struc-tures through numerical simulation.We propose a method to apply prestress to eliminate the influence of tempera-ture load on the stress of ultra-long structures.Due to the large temperature difference between the internal and ex-ternal environments,as well as the equivalent temperature difference during concrete shrinkage,temperature stress is generated in the concrete.The combination of drainage and blocking is used to alleviate the temperature stress caused by the initial hydration heat of ultra-long structural concrete.That is,in the early stage of concrete pouring,measures such as strengthening concrete curing or setting up post pouring strips are taken to reduce temperature stress.In the later stage of concrete pouring,a compressive stress is formed inside the concrete by pre stressing to compensate for the tensile stress caused by cooling or shrinkage.
