Green buildings face challenges in adoption due to their higher costs compared to traditional buildings.This paper,from a full lifecycle perspective,reviews and summarizes factors affecting green building costs based on previous research.By employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Weight Method(EWM)to deter-mine the comprehensive weights of these factors,and integrating them into an improved GRA-TOPSIS model with practical case studies,it identifies optimal cost control strategies to promote green building development.The final conclusion is that construction materials have the most significant impact on green building costs,and effective mate-rial selection and procurement methods can significantly control costs.
