STUDY ON IMPLEMENTATION-ORIENTED COUNTY TOWN RENEWAL PLANNING
As China's economy enters a new normal,urban construction is transitioning from large-scale expansion to smaller-scale redevelopment.Therefore,enhancing the implementation and operability of county town updates is crucial.This paper takes urban renewal in Lingao County,Hainan Province,as a case study and uses systematic methods to propose innovative planning paths and implementation strategies.It explores the systematic logic of re-newal,planning methods,and technical applications,aiming to offer relevant experience and insights for transform-ing renewal concepts,summarizing key technologies,and coordinating implementation processes in county town ur-ban renewal.
