稻壳灰改性沥青混合料SMA-13力学性能评价

在沥青路面中使用稻壳灰(RHA),具有减少环境退化、节约自然资源等宝贵优势.为研究RHA作为沥青改性剂对热拌沥青的影响.把沥青与含有5%、10%、15%和20%RHA改性剂混合制备改性沥青,进行了针入度、延度、软化点、旋转黏度测试.此外,还评估了沥青混合料的力学性能,包括马歇尔稳定性、抗车辙性和疲劳性能.结果表明RHA的加入能提高沥青的流变性能.此外,RHA改性对沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定性、车辙强度和疲劳性能有积极影响.研究结果可为稻壳灰的资源化利用提供一定的试验指导依据.
EVALUATION OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF RICE HUSK ASH MODIFIED SMA-13 ASPHALT MIXTURE
Using rice husk ash(RHA)in asphalt pavements offers valuable benefits such as reducing environmental degradation and conserving natural resources.This study investigates the effect of RHA as an asphalt modifier on hot mix asphalt.Modified asphalt was prepared by mixing asphalt with 5%,10%,15%,and 20%RHA.Tests were conducted for penetration,ductility,softening point,and rotational viscosity.Additionally,the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures,including Marshall stability,rutting resistance,and fatigue performance,were evaluated.The re-sults show that adding RHA improves the rheological properties of asphalt and has a positive impact on Marshall sta-bility,rutting resistance,and fatigue performance of asphalt mixtures.The findings provide experimental guidance for the resource utilization of rice husk ash.
