STUDY ON WINTER VITALITY CHARACTERISTICS AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF COASTAL RECREATIONAL SPACES
To explore the causes of differences in winter vitality levels and seasonal fluctuations in coastal recre-ational spaces in cold regions,this study focuses on coastal recreational spaces in Dalian,Liaoning.Using hierarchi-cal analysis and stepwise regression methods,and representing vitality through both physical and network space met-rics,the study identifies the seasonal characteristics and influencing factors of vitality in different types of coastal recreational spaces.The results indicate that there are significant differences in winter vitality levels among different types of units,with commercial district units exhibiting higher vitality.However,the seasonal fluctuations between different types of units are relatively small.At the physical level,accessibility,comfort,and publicness positively in-fluence winter vitality,while functionality affects the seasonal difference in vitality.At the network level,tourism,recreational and viewing functions,and consumption levels have a significant impact on winter vitality,though no sig-nificant correlation is found with seasonal fluctuations.This research provides guidance for the planning,manage-ment,and construction of coastal recreational spaces in cold regions.
