LOCAL STRESS ANALYSIS OF THE ANCHORAGE ZONE IN LONG-SPAN ARCH BRIDGES
The anchorage zone of a cable-stayed arch bridge is a critical load-bearing area with complex structure and significant load-bearing capacity. This study focuses on a steel box arch rib with a 410-meter span and uses fi-nite element modeling to analyze the anchorage zones at the arch top and arch foot. The study examines the stress states of various components and analyzes the load transfer process of the suspension cables. The results indicate that the anchorage zones of the bridge are well-constructed,meet the design standards, and provide a certain level of safety reserve. These findings can serve as a reference for similar engineering projects.
