STUDY ON THE EVOLUTION AND RENEWAL STRATEGIES OF THE AREAS ALONG THE INNER RING RAILWAY IN HARBIN
Harbin is a city built along the railway,where the areas along the railway line are rich in resource ele-ments.In the context of urban stock renewal in the new era,the renewal planning of the areas along the inner ring railway in Harbin is of significant importance to urban development.This paper reviews the developmental evolution of the inner ring railway areas,summarizes their characteristics,and conducts a value analysis.Based on an examina-tion of the current issues in these areas,it proposes renewal planning strategies from several aspects:planning posi-tioning,overall planning structure,spatial patterns,functional quality,and historical culture.The aim is to provide references for the renewal of urban railway areas.
