为将人工或半自动化的称重试验过程改进为自动化和智能化试验过程,通过分析系统需求,分解称重试验系统的功能,设计并研制了一种智能化桥梁称重试验系统,此软件系统采用C#编写.依托实际工程项目对它进行验证分析,试验结果表明,此系统能有效降低施工现场称重试验的劳动强度、提升称重试验数据的工作效率和称重试验结果的精准性.
RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF AN INTELLIGENT BRIDGE WEIGHING TEST SYSTEM
To improve the weighing test process from manual or semi-automated methods to an automated and intel-ligent process,this study analyzes system requirements,decomposes the functions of the weighing test system,and designs and develops an intelligent bridge weighing test system,with the software implemented in C#language.Based on practical engineering applications,the system is validated and analyzed.The test results indicate that this system effectively reduces the labor intensity of weighing tests at construction sites,enhances the efficiency of weigh-ing test data processing,and increases the accuracy of weighing test results.
