箱型截面圆弧曲梁的扭转强度验算方法

弧形梁在实际工程中应用广泛,但由于受力复杂其抗扭强度验算较为困难.我国规范和设计手册未提供弧形梁的抗扭强度验算方法,现有研究的计算方法较为复杂,不利于实际工程应用.文中对常用的箱型截面圆弧梁的抗扭剪应力展开研究,同时针对两种典型边界条件下圆心角较小的圆弧梁的扭矩分布和最大扭矩进行研究,提出简单的计算方法.研究可以为实际工程提供依据和参考.
VERIFICATION METHOD FOR TORSIONAL STRENGTH OF BOX-SECTION ARC BEAMS
Arc beams are widely used in practical engineering;however,their complex stress conditions make the verification of torsional strength challenging.Current standards and design manuals in China do not provide methods for calculating the torsional strength of arc beams,and existing calculation methods are often too complex for practi-cal application.This paper explores the torsional shear stress of commonly used box-section arc beams and investi-gates the torque distribution and maximum torque for arc beams with small central angles under two typical bound-ary conditions.Simple calculation formulas are proposed.The findings of this study can serve as a basis and refer-ence for practical engineering applications.
