双线盾构掌子面推力对既有建筑影响分析

为探究双线盾构掌子面推力对既有建筑的影响规律,文中以合肥市轨道交通某区间为工程背景,通过Midas有限元软件建立了双线盾构隧道下穿建筑物的三维数值模型,重点分析掌子面压力对隧道周围土体及建筑物的影响.研究结果表明,增大掌子面推力能够削弱建筑物对地表沉降的影响,且建筑物沉降和地表不均匀沉降随掌子面推力增大而减小.盾构下穿过程中建筑物内力变化存在两个峰值,掌子面推力可以降低内力的峰值并缩短内力存在的时间.文中的研究结果可以为双线盾构施工提供一定的工程指导意义.
ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF THRUST AT THE TUNNEL FACE OF DOUBLE-LINE SHIELD TUNNELING ON EXISTING BUILDINGS
To explore the impact of thrust at the tunnel face of a double-line shield on existing buildings,this paper is based on a section of the Hefei Metro.A three-dimensional numerical model of a double-line shield tunnel pass-ing beneath buildings was established using Midas finite element software,focusing on analyzing the effects of face pressure on the surrounding soil and the buildings.The research results indicate that increasing the thrust at the tun-nel face can weaken the impact of buildings on surface settlement,and both building settlement and uneven surface settlement decrease as the thrust increases.During the shield tunneling process,the internal force changes within the buildings exhibit two peak values;the thrust at the tunnel face can reduce the peak values of the internal forces and shorten the duration of their presence.The findings of this study can provide valuable engineering guidance for double-line shield construction.
