盾构隧道连续下穿多条管线变形控制措施研究

在城市地铁隧道盾构法近距离穿越既有管线施工工程中,必须严格控制穿越施工对既有管线的影响.文中依托长春市某盾构隧道连续穿越3条城市供水管道为工程背景,比选既有管线保护方案,采用Midas GTS NX有限元软件进行施工模拟,并将数值计算结果与实际变形数据对比.研究结果表明,文中选用的既有管线保护方案切实有效,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴与参考.
In urban subway tunnel construction using the shield tunneling method,it is crucial to strictly control the impact of the construction on existing pipelines.This paper is based on the engineering background of a shield tun-nel in Changchun City,which continuously crosses three urban water supply pipelines.It compares various protec-tion schemes for existing pipelines and employs the Midas GTS NX finite element software for construction simula-tion.The numerical calculation results are compared with actual deformation data,showing that the selected pipeline protection scheme is effective.The research results may provide references for similar projects in the future.
