小弧斑姬蛙在河南的发现
Discovery of Microhyla heymonsi in Henan Province

摘要
报道了采自河南商城的一种姬蛙标本,与河南已知的合征姬蛙(Microhyla mixtura)和饰纹姬蛙(M.ornata)差异明显,鉴定为小弧斑姬蛙(M.heymonsi).商城应是该物种已知分布区的北界,其分布区已北伸至北亚热带.
Abstract
6 specimens of genus Microhyla were collected in Shangcheng County,Henan Province, in May 2002, July 2003 and May 2005. They differ from M. ornata and M. mixtura, recorded in Henan, and were identified as M. heymonsi. This species distributed in Southern China (from the tropic to the middle part of subtropics) .The discovery of this frog in Shangcheng County indicates that the distribution area of this species reaches the north of subtropics with the northernmost boundary at Shangcheng County.
