A Preliminary Observation on the Breeding Nest of Aix galericulata in City Building,Guilin,Northeast Guangxi
The Aix galericulata often breed in the Northeast China, its usual nest site is in a hole in a tree. A breeding nest of A. galericulata was found in a building in Guilin City, Northeast Cuangxi. 10 eggs were found, but only 2 were hatched become young birds. It is the first record of the breading nest of A. galeriadata in the building, and this species is a new record of breeding bird in Guangxi, South China.
