摘要

高温超导管内电缆导体(CICC Cable-in-Conduit Conductor)在高磁场和大型磁体(如加速器和未来的聚变能装置)中具有广阔的应用前景,为使其能够承受大的洛伦兹力并在低温下能够工作,高温超导CICC需要有较高的机械稳定性和热稳定性.本文分析了基于准各向同性股线(Q-IS Quasi-Isotropic Strand)的CICC的力学性能,包括弯曲半径、扭转节距和临界电流之间的关系,采用模拟计算的方法得到了 CICC在弯曲、扭转载荷及其复合载荷作用下的应力分布以及临界弯曲半径和临界扭矩,所得的临界弯曲半径和临界扭矩对大型磁体在高磁场和低温电流引线下的应用具有重要意义.

Abstract

HTS CICC has broad application prospects in high magnetic fields and large magnets(such as accelerators and future fusion energy devices).In order to withstand large Lorentz forces and operate at low temperatures,HTS CICC needs to have high mechanical and thermal stability.The mechanical properties of CICC based on Quasi-Isotropic strand were analyzed,including the relationship between bending radius,torsional pitch and critical current.The stress distribution,critical bending ra-dius and critical torque of CICC under bending and torsional loads and their combined loads were obtained by the method of simu-lation calculation.The obtained critical bending radius and critical torque are of great significance for the application of large magnets under high magnetic field and low temperature current leads.
