Progress in signal bus interconnection technology for superconducting quantum computers
High-density photoelectric interconnection system is the core component of superconducting quantum computer.In order to aviod the risk of embargo and master the key technology,domestic relevant enterprises have also started to develop al-ternative product.This paper introducced the development of high density microwave interconnection system products at home and abroad.Combined with the independent innovation achievements of the Eighth Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation(Anhui Quantum Information High Density Optoelectronic Interconnection Engineering Research Center),the scheme of three generations high density signal bus from the aspects of structure and performance was discussed,and the develop-ment direction of high density microwave interconnect system of superconducting quantum computer in the future was puted for-ward.In order to narrow the gap with the foreign superconducting quantum computer,as soon as possible to provide the support of signal bus interconnect technology.
