Comparative study on cycle parameters of Linde cycle refrigeration for ternary zeotropic mixed refrigerants
From the perspectives of environmental protection, safety and thermodynamic properties of pure refrigerants, two kinds of three-element mixed refrigerants were selected,R14/R170/R600a and R14/R23/R600a,which were recorded as RC1 and RC2 respectively. The optimal molar concentration ratio of each element was determined by genetic algorithm. The perform-ance parameters of the two ternary mixed refrigerants in Linde cycle system under the same working condition were compared by analysing the isothermal throttling effect of the mixture, the suction and exhaust temperature and pressure of the compressor, and the cooling situation in the cabinet. The results show that RC2 is superior to RC1 in compressor operating parameters,tempera-ture in the cabinet, cooling capacity,COP and environmental protection.
