某高机动雷达结构液冷协同设计技术研究

基于有源相控阵雷达的高热耗、低能耗、高可靠性及苛刻的重量和环境适应要求,研制了压缩机制冷及常规强迫风冷复合型液冷机组.采用液冷机组与天线转台一体化设计技术,将供液单位分散布置在转台内部,制冷单元对称布置在转台两侧,大幅降低了液冷机组体积和重量.采用自动温度控制策略控制风机和压缩机启停实现高机动雷达液冷机组的低功耗.该机组结构紧凑、重量轻、可靠性高、环境适应性好,对高集成液冷机组设计提供了借鉴.
Collaborative design of structure and liquid cooling for high mobility radars
Based on the high heat consumption,low energy consumption,high reliability,and demanding weight and envi-ronmental adaptation requirements of active phased array radar,a compressor refrigeration and conventional forced air cooling composite liquid cooling unit was developed.By adopting the integrated design technology of liquid cooling units and antenna turntables,the liquid supply units were dispersed inside the turntable,and the refrigeration units were symmetrically arranged on both sides of the turn table,greatly reducing the volume and weight of the liquid cooling units.Adopting automatic temperature control strategy to control the start and stop of fans and compressors to achieve low power consumption of high mobility radar liq-uid cooling units.The unit has a compact structure,light weight,high reliability,and good environmental adaptability,providing reference for the design of highly integrated liquid cooling units.
