质量法低温液体流量测量系统换向技术研究与应用

低温液体的特殊物理性质使其极易气化,准确计量其质量流量是技术难题.本文针对低温液体流量测量系统的应用,提出一种尽可能减少低温液体气化情况下实现流量准确计量的测试方法,设计出一套高压气体驱动的低温快速换向装置,并以液氮为试验介质对该方法和换向装置进行验证试验,证明了用于测试低温液体的有效性,同时提出了用于低温液体准确计量的改进措施,为进一步应用质量法低温液体流量测量系统对多种类型流量计进行性能测试提供了方法和技术手段.
Study and application of directional technology of mass method flow measurement system for cryogenic liquid
The physical property of cryogenic liquid caused it easy to evaporation.Measuring the mass flow of cryogenic liq-uid was a technical problem.This paper focused on the application of cryogenic liquid flow measurement system,and presented a test method in the case of the reduction of flow measurement system evaporation as far as possible.The using high pressure gas directional device for cryogenic liquid was designed.Liquid nitrogen was used as test medium of to verify the availability of the method and the directional device.The improvement measures for accurate measurement were obtained.Those datas and im-provement measures are technical means for the research of the measurement performance of various types of flow meters for ap-plying to cryogenic liquid.
