大流量高纯氦气纯化器的研究与应用

通过研制一套大流量高纯氦气纯化器,以低温吸附的方式提纯氦气,可将进气压力2 MPa、流量大于1 700 Nm3/h、纯度大于98%的氦气一次性提纯至99.999%的高纯氦气.设计了一种吸附剂注入口结构,可以在不起吊吸附器的情况下实现吸附剂的更换.主换热器采用铝板翅式换热器,以减小换热器尺寸同时增加换热效率,通过对主管路、主换热器、吸附器、阀架等结构的优化设计,降低系统流阻.工况条件稳定运行时,换热器常温端进出口温差为3.3 K,纯化器液氮损耗约81 L/h,纯化器进出口压降为0.3 bar.
Research and application of high purity helium purifier with large flow rate
A set of high-purity helium purifier with large flow rate was developed,which used liquid nitrogen as the cold source.Helium gas with an inlet pressure of 2 MPa,a flow rate greater than 1 700 Nm3/h,and a purity greater than 98%could be purified to 99.999%through cryogenic adsorption.A structure of adsorbent injection port was designed,which could replace the adsorbent without lifting the adsorber.An aluminum plate fin heat exchanger was used as main heat exchanger to reduce the size while increasing heat transfer efficiency.By optimizing the design of the main pipeline,main heat exchanger,adsorber,valve rack and other structures,the system flow resistance could be reduced.Under stable operating conditions,the temperature differ-ence between the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger at the room temperature is 3.3 K,the liquid nitrogen loss rate of the purifi-er is about 81 L/h,the pressure drop of the purifier is 0.3 bar.
