为了研究多孔吸附材料在不同温度下的吸附分离特性,研制了一套高低温实验测试装置.该装置以G-M制冷机作为冷源,氦气作为蓄冷导热介质,设计了一种热开关结构,可以实现30~673 K的测控温范围,吸附性能测试和活化再生处理均可在该装置中完成,为连续实验带来便利.通过该装置,对螺旋样品管进行了特定温度点控温和升降温循环测试,全温区控温精度优于±0.5 K、升温速率1~10 K/min可控.可以满足吸附材料吸附性能测试和活化再生处理的要求.
Development of high and low temperature experimental testing equipment
In order to study the adsorption and separation characteristics of certain adsorption materials at different tempera-tures,a set of high and low temperature experimental testing equipment was developed.The device used a one-stage G-M re-frigerator as the cold source and high purity helium gas as the heat transfer medium,a thermal switch structure was designed to reduce heat transfer to the cold head during high temperature loading,which could achieve a temperature of 30 to 673 K in a sin-gle sample chamber.Adsorption performance testing and activation regeneration treatment can be completed in this device,bring-ing convenience to continuous experiments.Specific temperature point control and temperature cycling tests were conducted on the spiral sample tube,the temperature control accuracy in the entire temperature range was better than±0.5 K,with a controllable heating rate of 1 to 10 K/min.It can meet the requirements of adsorption performance testing and activation regeneration treatment of adsorption materials.
