冷藏车制冷系统最佳充注量的实验研究

针对冷藏车制冷系统中,制冷剂充注量过充或欠充造成系统性能严重衰减的难题,采用制冷剂R404A,搭建了带经济器的冷藏车制冷系统.在冷藏工况下对系统进行了最佳充注量的实验研究,分析了不同充注量对系统压缩机排气特性、制冷量、COP、过冷度及过热度的影响.实验结果表明:随着系统内制冷剂充注量的不断增加,排气温度降低了 11.7%,排气压力升高了 12.7%,系统制冷量、COP均随之先升高后下降.冷藏工况下的系统制冷剂最佳充注量为2.9 kg,此时系统制冷量、COP均达到峰值,分别为5.08 kW、2.71.
Experimental study on the optimal charging amount of refrigeration system for refrigerated trucks
To respond the challenge of significant performance degradation in the refrigeration system in refrigerated vehicles caused by overcharging or undercharging of refrigerant,refrigerant R404A was used to construct a refrigeration system with an e-conomizer.An experimental investigation into the optimal charging amount under refrigeration conditions was conducted to analyze the effects of different charging amount on compressor discharge characteristics,cooling capacity,COP,over-cooling and over-heating.The results indicate that as the refrigerant charging amount increases,the discharge temperature decreases by 11.7%,while the discharge pressure rises by 12.7%,the system's cooling capacity and COP initially increase before decreasing.The op-timal refrigerant charging amount for the refrigeration system under refrigeration conditions is found to be 2.9 kg,at which point both the system's cooling capacity and COP reach their peak values of 5.08 kW and 2.71,respectively.
