超导储能脉冲电源非线性电阻限压方法研究

通过利用氧化锌(ZnO)非线性电阻的近似恒压特性来限制断路开关和超导脉冲变压器原边超导绕组的最高电压.仿真分析了 ZnO非线性电阻的引入对脉冲电源电路输出特性的影响,搭建了小型实验平台,对提出的限压方法进行原理验证.仿真和实验结果表明,在基于超导脉冲变压器的脉冲电源电路中引入ZnO非线性电阻能够对断路开关电压起到明显的限制作用.
Study on voltage limiting method for superconducting inductive pulsed power supply using nonlinear resistors
The approximate constant voltage characteristics of zinc oxide(ZnO)nonlinear resistors was utilized to limit the maximum voltage of the opening switch and primary superconducting winding.The influence of ZnO nonlinear resistance on the output characteristics of pulsed power supply circuits was simulated and analyzed,and a small-scale experimental platform was built to verify the principle of the proposed voltage limiting method.The simulation and experimental results show that the ZnO nonlinear resistor can significantly limit the voltage of the opening switch in the pulsed power supply circuit based on HTS pulse transformer.
