微细通道内纳米流体流动及传热特性研究进展

综述了近年来不同结构微细通道内纳米流体对流传热的研究成果.主要归纳分析了单一类型和混合类型的纳米流体对不同结构微细通道内流动与传热特性的影响规律及其传热机理.最后,基于前述分析结果,提出了未来的主要研究方向,为纳米流体在微细通道散热器中的应用研究提供理论参考.
Advances in the effect of nanofluids on flow and convective heat transfer in micro/mini-channels
The recent research results on the effect of nanofluids on convective heat transfer in micro/mini-channel with different structures were reviewed in this work.The effects of single and hybrid nanofluids on the flow and heat transfer character-istics in micro/mini-channel of different structures and their heat transfer mechanisms were summarized and analyzed.Finally,based on the results of the aforementioned generalized analysis,the main future research directions were proposed to provide theo-retical references for future research on the application of nanofluids in MCHS(micro/mini-channel heat sink).
