Effect of heat treatment temperature on the properties of iron-based superconducting tapes
With the continuous improvement of the performance of 122 iron-based superconducting materials(IBS)in re-cent years,it has attracted extensive attention from scientific researchers. The 122 series of IBS tapes prepared by the Powder-In-Tube loading(PIT)method need to be heat treated to obtain the required superconducting properties, and the heat treatment process determines whether the properties are reliable or not.In order to understand the effect of heat treatment temperature on the properties of IBS tapes,880,850,800 and 700 ℃ were used to heat IBS tapes, respectively. The results show that the lower the heat treatment temperature, the smaller the critical current and residual resistance ratio of the tapes. The properties of the tapes after heat treatments of 850 ℃ and 880 ℃ are basically the same, and it is the most suitable heat treatment temperature for IBS tapes.
