中空玻璃微球低温液体球罐绝热性能研究

中空玻璃微球因其较优的绝热性能、较低的维护成本被认为是适用于大型液氢球罐的绝热材料.由于相关实验数据的缺乏,本文利用建造的1 m3液氢试验球罐,在初始充装率为50%和90%的情况下进行液氮蒸发率测试,测得液氮静态蒸发率分别为2.19%和2.53%.由实验结果推算中空玻璃微球绝热层表观导热系数为1.19× 10-3W/(m·K),利用理论公式计算该值为1.85 ×10-3 W/(m·K).预测了某25 m3中空玻璃微球绝热液氢球罐的蒸发率为0.81%.
Study on the adiabatic performance of cryogenic liquid spherical tank with insulating glass microspheres
Insulating glass microspheres were considered to be the thermal-insulating materials for large liquid hydrogen spherical tanks because of their excellent thermal-insulating performance and low maintenance cost.Based on a liqiud hydrogen spherical tank with 1 m3 for test,while liquid nitrogen(LN2)was filled to 50%and 80%,the static evaporation rates of LN2 were measured at 2.19%and 2.53%respectively.The apparent thermal conductivity of the insulation layer with the insulating glass microsphere is 1.19 × 10-3 W/(m·K)by experiment and 1.85 × 10-3 W/(m·K)by the theoretical formula.The evap-oration rate of the liquid hydrogen tank with insulating glass microsphere and 25 m3was predicted to be 0.81%.
