以北京市某数据中心为例,采用计算流体力学方法进行了模拟,使用四因素三水平正交试验方法进行分析,探究了不同地板高度、格栅孔隙率、导流板角度和回风口尺寸对热工性能的影响.结果表明,对热工性能影响最大的因素是导流板角度,其次是地板高度.建议最佳配置为地板高度0.4 m,格栅孔隙率35%,导流板角度90°,回风口尺寸0.7 m ×0.8 m.经过本研究的优化,机柜最高温度减少了 10.76%,实现了降本增效.
Optimization study of thermal performance of data centers based on orthogonal test methods
A data center(DC)in Beijing,for example,was simulated using computational fluid dynamics,and analyzed u-sing a four-factor,three-level orthogonal test method to investigate the effects of different floor heights,grille porosity,deflec-tor plate angles,and return air outlet sizes on thermal performance.The results show that the most influential factor on the ther-mal performance of the DC is the deflector angle,followed by the floor height.The optimal configuration is suggested to be floor height of 0.4 m,grille porosity of 35%,deflector angle of 90°,and return air outlet size of 0.7 m ×0.8 m.After the optimiza-tion,the maximum temperature of the cabinet is reduced by 10.76%,which achieves the reduction of cost and increase of effi-ciency.
