蒸汽喷射器喷嘴不同倾斜角度对其性能的影响

摘要
针对蒸汽喷射器在长期使用后喷嘴会发生倾斜的现象,对其进行模拟研究,得到了喷嘴不同倾斜角度下对喷射器引射性能的影响变化规律.结果表明:喷嘴产生倾斜会降低喷射器引射系数,且倾斜角度越大对其性能影响越严重,而喷嘴倾斜方向对喷射器引射系数不产生额外的影响;在设计工况下,当倾斜角度从0°增加到8°时,蒸汽喷射器引射系数从0.405降低到0.284,下降幅度为30%;在非设计工况下,随着工作流体压力从190 kPa增加到360 kPa时,所有倾斜角度的喷射器引射系数均先迅速增加后缓慢降低;喷嘴倾斜角度的产生会对喷射器内部流动产生影响,使工作流体流出喷嘴后偏移轴线,进而导致引射流体在混合时出现上下不均的现象,降低引射系数.
Abstract
A simulation study was carried out to investigate the effect of nozzle tilt on the performance of a steam ejector.The change rule of the influence of different tilt angles of the nozzle on the ejector elicitation performance was obtained.The re-sults show that the ejector elicitation coefficient is reduced due to the nozzle tilt.And the larger the tilt angle,the more severe the impact on its performance.However,the direction of nozzle tilt has no additional effect on the ejector''s ejection coefficient;Under design conditions,when the tilt angle is increased from 0°to 8°,the steam ejector ejection coefficient decreases from 0.405 to 0.284,a decrease of 30%;In the off-design condition,the ejection coefficients of all injectors increase rapidly and then de-crease slowly as the working fluid pressure increases from 190 kPa to 360 kPa;Flow inside the injector is affected by the nozzle tilt angle.This results in shifting the axis of the working fluid out of the nozzle.Moreover,the ejected fluid is unevenly mixed up and down,reducing the ejection coefficient.
