In recent years,people pay more attention to the development of green industry.Supercritical fluid carbon diox-ide has become a new generation of green extraction agent due to its efficient extraction capacity,excellent environmental performance and good selectivity.This paper mainly introduces the basic principles and characteristics of supercritical ex-traction technology and applications of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.
