摘要

围绕吸附剂脱附再生方法开展实验,确定了实验装置不同吸附剂的脱附再生温度和脱附时间.根据该实验结果开展了某工厂生产装置的吸附剂脱附再生工艺经济性核算,通过理论计算直接吸附塔加热再生和热氮气加热再生两种方案的能耗情况、氮气用量等,核算出该装置进行吸附剂脱附再生的单次操作费用,对比发现采用直接吸附塔加热再生的方案最经济.

Abstract

Experiments were conducted around the desorption and regeneration method of adsorbents,and the desorption and regeneration temperature and desorption time of different adsorbents in the experimental device were determined.Based on the experimental results,the economy calculation of the adsorbent desorption and regeneration process for a production unit was carried out.Through theoretical calculation of the energy consumption and nitrogen consumption of the two schemes of direct adsorption tower heating and hot nitrogen heating,the single operation cost of the device for adsorbent de-sorption and regeneration was calculated,and the comparison showed that the scheme using direct adsorption tower heating and regeneration was more economical.
