Low temperature adsorbent,a mixture of 13X and 5A molecular sieves,plays a crucial role in ensuring vacuum quality during the in-service use of low-temperature containers.Adsorbent has active characteristics and inevitably come in-to contact with the outside world during the manufacturing process,resulting in a loss of departmental performance.How to reduce the early adsorption consumption of adsorbents and the re-desorption under vacuum is a key control point in the man-ufacturing of low-temperature vacuum containers and an important research direction.Through comparative test of various control schemes,suitable control schemes are found to improve the true performance of the adsorbent and provide strong as-surance for the vacuum quality of products.
