摘要

介绍了一种不对空分装置进行大的改造且不依托原有空分系统资源,独立建设的稀有气体精制系统,具有独立性强、运行安全稳定、装置能耗低,以及产品质量和提取率高等优点.

Abstract

This article introduces a rare gas purification system without the air separation unit.It has the advantages of strong independence,safe and stable operation,low energy consumption,and high product quality and high extraction rate.
