研制可换箱的移动式20 ft LNG船用燃料罐箱,实现可换箱的"罐箱燃料电池"模式.主要介绍供液系统的组成、关键技术参数和营运后的优缺点.整体系统中LNG船用燃料罐箱和供气冷箱分别独立设计,实现了LNG罐箱的独立运行、容积的最大化.LNG罐箱为船舶提供清洁的动力燃料,推进绿色智能航运的发展.
Abstract
Development of portable 20 ft LNG fuel tank shipping container for tank replacement,realize replaceable"con-tainer fuel cell"mode.The article mainly introduces the composition,key technical parameters and advantages and disad-vantages of the liquid supply system after operation.The LNG fuel tank and TCS for fuel gas supply in the overall system are designed independently,so as to realize the independent operation of the LNG fuel tank and maximize the volume.LNG fuel tank provide clean power fuel for ships and promote green and intelligent shipping.
