摘要

压缩机在空分装置长周期安全稳定运行中起着关键性作用.随着压缩机运行周期的延长,机组内润滑油被氧化,颗粒度等级和漆膜生成倾向值会越来越高,沉积在轴承、轴瓦和传动部件上,导致轴温升高、振动加大,极易造成轴承损坏.在更换润滑油、清洗透平压缩机内部积碳的情况下,采用平衡电荷附聚净化技术对润滑油进行在线处理.结合透平压缩机轴承积碳清理试验,分析在线滤油机的处理效果.

Abstract

Compressor plays a key role in the long cycle,safe and stable operation of air separation unit.With the exten-sion of the compressor's operating cycle,the lubricating oil in the unit is oxidized.The granularity grade and varnish gener-ation tendency value will become higher,depositing on the bearings,shaft tiles and transmission parts,leading to higher shaft temperature and increased vibration,which in turn causes bearing damage.In the case of replacing the lubricating oil and cleaning the carbon deposits inside the turbo-compressor,the balanced charge attachment purification technology is used to treat the lubricating oil online.To analyse the treatment effect of on-line oil filters in conjunction with turbo-com-pressor bearing carbon cleaning tests.
