Tracing gas impurities in high-purity diborane by MultiDetek2 GC equipped with a plasma emission detector.The results show that this scheme can effectively separate various gas impurities in diborane,and each impurity has a good response on this detector.Therefore,we believe that this scheme can play a significant role in the application of gas impuri-ty analysis in high-purity diborane.
