As a kind of clean and efficient propellant,liquid oxygen is widely used in the world's mainstream launch vehi-cles.In order to ensure the accuracy of liquid oxygen filling and the safety of the filling process,the flow sensor is set up in the liquid oxygen filling system to monitor the filling flow.According to the flow measurement requirements and working conditions of the liquid oxygen filling system,the main factors to consider in the selection of the flow sensor include:1.The material of the liquid part of the flow sensor should meet the requirements of medium compatibility and have low tem-perature resistance;2.There is gas-liquid two-phase flow in the working condition of the flow sensor,and it is required to have safety and reliability in the working condition of large flow of gas-liquid two-phase flow;3.The explosion-proof type of the flow sensor should meet the requirements of liquid oxygen applications.Comprehensive selection requirements and in-dustry application experience,vortex flow sensor is selected for the liquid oxygen filling system.At the same time,the rele-vant requirements of flow sensor use and the method of data acquisition and setting are introduced.
